Return and Refund Policy

Leomhann (Pte.) Limited wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We do not accept returns of opened products unless they are defective.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at contact@leomhann.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of our confirmation.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Products not in their original condition due to customer handling
Liquor-Specific Note
In accordance with Singapore liquor regulations, we are unable to accept returns of alcohol products that have left our custody and are in satisfactory condition. Returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above.
