These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Leomhann website at www.leomhann.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Leomhann (Pte.) Limited (UEN: [UEN]) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

 

1. Eligibility

•      You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site and purchase our products.

•      By using this Site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in Singapore.

•      We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders where age or identity cannot be verified.

 

2. Products

•      All products listed on the Site are subject to availability.

•      Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.

•      We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

•      Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Orders and Payment

•      An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

•      A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

•      Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods available on the Site.

•      We use a third-party payment gateway; we do not store full card details on our systems.

•      In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

4. Delivery

•      We deliver within Singapore only.

•      Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

•      A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery to verify age. Delivery will be refused if the recipient cannot produce valid ID or appears to be a minor.

•      Delivery will also be refused if the recipient appears to be intoxicated at the time of delivery.

•      Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

•      We accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

•      We do not accept returns for change of mind.

•      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of our confirmation.

•      We do not accept returns of opened products unless they are defective.

 

6. Liquor Licence Compliance

•      Our sale of liquor is conducted in accordance with our Liquor Licence issued under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015.

•      We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.

•      We do not sell alcohol to persons who are visibly intoxicated.

•      We comply with all applicable conditions of our Liquor Licence, including any restrictions on delivery hours and locations.

 

7. Responsible Consumption

We promote responsible drinking. Please refer to our Responsible Drinking page for guidance. By purchasing from us, you agree to consume our products responsibly and in compliance with applicable Singapore laws.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Leomhann (Pte.) Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

•      To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products.

•      Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

•      Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
