Your data is stored through using secure data storage, databases. Data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Leomhann uses a Payment Gateway (Stripe) to store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Data security

We have designed our site to protect the information we collect online from unauthorised access. We safeguard your private information by implementing the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedure necessary to protect your privacy. Improving our service

Leomhann does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. To better tailor our services to our customers' needs, we use non-identifying and aggregate information to help us make decisions on how to improve our portfolio of websites. Leomhann may from time to time share anonymised information with third party analytical resources for the purposes of better understanding customer behaviour and performance, website performance, improved ad relevance and any other analytical process to give Leomhann a better understanding of how to develop its offering to its customers. For example, through Google Analytics.

Any third parties employed for the purpose of the aforementioned analytical purposes, are contractually obliged to use the data only for the analytical purposes set out in the agreement between Leomhann and the third party. Leomhann will ensure that the third party is contractually required to maintain a level of security around the shared data, at least as safe as Leomhann itself employs.
